Bodin Building & Design LLC is a small, quality builder specializing in boutique home projects, renovations, additions and woodworking in the greater Seattle area. Bodin’s success and survival depends upon the enthusiastic referrals we get from every customer. We focus on one job at a time and do not measure our business by volume, but by the successful completion of a handful of projects per year built with pride of workmanship and commitment to the homeowner.
All the work on your project will be performed by myself and the few journeyman carpenters I choose to work with. I have been working in the remodeling industry for almost twenty years and have acquired a tremendous amount of experience and skill in all phases of construction. The money you spend will be going directly towards the things that benefit your project the most, and overhead and administrative costs are kept to a minimum by running a tight ship.
You will receive clear, concise and exacting documents and invoicing letting you know where every dime has been spent, and what you have left to pay. Additional work is never performed on your project without authorization by you in the form of a change order. All work done on your project is controlled by carefully structured contracts that protect your investment, ensure quality, and never allow your interests to be placed in jeopardy. A work schedule is created for your project that can be viewed on line so you can track the progress in real time.
I personally oversee every detail of your job, from performing the work itself, to supervising subcontractors, to administering the paperwork, creating a direct line of responsibility.
Bodin Building & Design is licensed, bonded and insured, as is every trade and worker who participates in your home renovation. All work is permitted and inspected by the appropriate authority. If you are considering who to hire for your upcoming remodel, please do not hesitate to contact us, We would love to tell you more about our company, and learn more about your project.
