The finalized design is converted into working construction documents that are ready to be submitted to your local jurisdiction for permit.
We work closely with engineering firms who can also contribute to these documents if your project requires some structural consideration. Clients take possession of these documents at the conclusion of this agreement, giving them the ability to solicit for competitive bids
