During this stage the homeowner can take virtual “walkthroughs” of the new space, visualizing every aspect to make sure that everything feels right before committing to specific engineering and blueprint production. This period of preliminary design allows the homeowner explore various configurations to further refine and define what will become the final building plan. It is also a time when several different options can be tried out for the same area.
By offering this service in-house, the design can be tempered to your budget expectations. This is a consideration that is too often lacking when dealing with architects and designers who do not regularly bid on projects. This inevitably leads to disappointment when the client finally does solicit bids for a project that has already been planned in detail.
